Dry-Fire Training Techniques

A large percentage of the world’s top shooters conduct more dry-fire training than live fire training. Not only is dry-fire training cheaper, safer, easier to conduct and less resource intensive, but many characteristics of dry fire training help the shooter to focus on refining fundamentals and developing good shooting habits. There are many different types of dry-fire training exercises that can improve a wide range of shooting skills. This course explores all of these various techniques and helps the student develop his or her own dry-fire training regimen based on mission requirements.
